Terms of Service

1. The Platform

Digzz is an online directory that connects landlords advertising furnished short-term accommodation with contractors and tradespeople seeking accommodation near their worksites. We are a directory service only. We are not a letting agent, estate agent, or party to any tenancy agreement formed between landlords and contractors.

2. Accounts

Contractors may browse and search listings without creating an account. Landlords must register a free account to list properties on the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Landlord listings

Landlords are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their listings. By submitting a listing you confirm that:

• You are the owner or authorised agent for the listed property
• All information in the listing is accurate and not misleading
• The property complies with all applicable UK laws and regulations
• You hold all required licences, insurances, and safety certificates

We reserve the right to remove any listing that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or applicable law, without notice.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Landlord subscriptions are charged monthly. Payment is processed by Stripe Inc. on our behalf. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or enquiries
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from the Platform
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Send unsolicited commercial communications to other users
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CityView Rentals & Management Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: the conduct of landlords or contractors; the accuracy of listings; any tenancy agreement entered into via the Platform; or any interruption or unavailability of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you to us in that period.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform created by us (including design, copy, and code) is owned by or licensed to CityView Rentals & Management Ltd. Landlords retain ownership of their listing content but grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered landlords by email of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
